As training professionals, it is challenging to bring in new technology due to cost and skepticism about the value of unproved technologies. It is a complex field and there are considerations you have to be aware of before investing on any new virtual reality program.

In this podcast I discuss why we chose to go with VR training as opposed to artificial intelligence, and how we solved a business problem and were able to show a sizable return on investment. I will also show an unexpected addition to ROI which added strongly to the return of investment in the new technology.
