New research from the Cornerstone People Research Lab demonstrates that organizational leaders and employees are rallying around the importance of skills as the world of work is reshaped around them.
The research also reveals persistent skills-related challenges, however, particularly around employee confidence in their employers’ ability to actually deliver on development. For example, while 90 percent of leaders feel confident in their organization’s abilities to develop the skills of their employees, only 60 percent of employees share their confidence. This is a gap that clearly needs to be addressed.
Join Cornerstone’s Mike Bollinger and Trevor Klitofsky for a discussion of the key takeaways illuminated by the new research and a demonstration of how Cornerstone is helping organizations embrace the reskilling revolution and develop the critical skills their people need in order to stay successful and adaptable.
