Have you ever thought about applying for Chief Learning Officer’s annual Learning in Practice Awards program? Have you applied in the past, and now you’re looking for advice to strengthen your 2023 application?
Since 2003, the Learning In Practice awards have recognized learning leaders who demonstrate excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs through a combination of qualities such as leadership, vision, business acumen and strategic alignment. Awards are given in two broad categories: those for practitioners and those for providers. Practitioner awards include seven individual awards, as well as the industry’s top honor, the CLO of the Year. Provider awards are presented in eight categories to qualifying organizations. Judges include senior practitioners, learning and development experts, CLO editors and past award winners.
