As we’ve faced the challenges of 2020, organizations had to make critical choices for business priorities and resources to support their people. At the height of remote work and quarantine, Qualtrics launched the Global Workforce Resilience Study, based on responses from over 17,000 participants. It looks at factors most impacting the employee experience – what employees felt like they were missing and what mattered most to them to feel safe and supported by their organization. The results crystallized a message we’ve seen before, but never at this scale – during times of disruption, your people want to be heard and be a part of the solution.
