In a world where learning technology is exploding and new apps and solutions are launched daily the learning technology landscape is evolving faster than ever.
The CLO of today and, certainly tomorrow, is not only managing the development of people but also an ecosystem of learning technology.
The CLO is facing a growing number of applications in the learning space, like the LRS, LMS, e-Learning providers, microlearning platforms, learning experience platforms and program experience platforms. All these elements are entering the ecosystems of the L&D department, and without a road map and guiding principles the end result will not be effective.
To effectively manage all platforms and apps Siemens needed a road map and guidelines for how to manage the ecosystem of learning technology.
