Bridging the Digital Skills Gap in a Digital-First Workplace

May 11 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT Free

Description

The enterprise of today places greater emphasis on efficiency and productivity. In a workplace increasingly reliant on software, this is driven by employees’ interaction with a myriad of applications they use to get their work done. A majority of L&D leaders recognize this has also led to a growing digital skills gap in the workforce.

To create high-performing teams, L&D leaders need to demonstrate that learning can result in improved performance during a digital transformation. While upskilling the hybrid or remote workforce is crucial, it must be integrated seamlessly to avoid disruptions in daily activities. Continuous learning that is personalized at scale and connects end-to-end processes beyond individual tasks or actions should be provided to deliver integrated experiences that increase productivity.

This session will discuss ideas on how L&D can implement workflow learning to bridge the digital skills gap and help in creating high-performing teams with better efficiency and productivity.
