to deliver the industry-leading content of its Human Capital Media Group (HCM) portfolio. The company is partnering with INXPO, the top provider of privately branded, video-based online environments, to produce Human Capital Media Television (HCM-TV).

The program, “Tailor-Made Talent: Acquisition’s New Era,” airs Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2013. It will focus on the cycle of processes involved in sourcing, screening, assessing and recruiting the right talent, as well as on-boarding practices and employee branding initiatives.
In addition to keynote presentations from human capital experts, the online event will feature workshops and exhibits demonstrating innovative systems, services and tools being deployed to increase the efficiency and efficacy of talent acquisition efforts. Capitalizing on the powerful interactivity of HCM-TV, attendees will be able to navigate to different locations, engage with presenters and vendors and network with peers who share similar interests and objectives.
They also will get a first look at the easy-to-navigate virtual environment created by INXPO for HCM-TV. The new platform features dedicated channels for each Human Capital Media Group publication — programmed and hosted by the editors — offering online events, professional development opportunities and webinars on today’s hottest human capital management topics.
