Bernard Hodes Group, a provider of integrated talent solutions, has expanded its QTrac practice with the addition of Christen Uber and Jasmine Flowers, both of whom will be based in Atlanta.
The QTrac practice develops and implements proactive solutions for Hodes’ clients seeking talent management initiatives.
In her role as manager of strategic development, Uber is responsible for strategic advisement, client management, consulting and analysis provided to clients of the QTrac practice.
Uber brings more than 10 years of HR and staffing leadership to Bernard Hodes Group.
Before joining Hodes, she held leadership positions in HR and staffing at organizations such as Place Properties and Randstad.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in human resources and staffing leadership, organizational strategy and design, change management, training, and HR and staffing technology.
In her role as strategic development client consultant, Flowers is responsible for client project management, analysis, recommendations and consulting provided to clients of the QTrac practice.
Before joining Bernard Hodes Group, Flowers worked as a human capital consultant with Deloitte Consulting.
She brings a wealth of knowledge in change management, onboarding, analysis, training and HR technology.
