Yoh, a provider of talent and outsourcing services, has announced the promotion of four Yoh executives: Don Hanson, Peter Ferguson, Charlie Jones and Steve Boell.
“Throughout their significant tenures at Yoh, these four gentlemen have exhibited exceptional dedication to broadening the reach of Yoh's services, leadership in building successful teams within the company and expertise in growing our relationships with customers across the United States,” said Larry Stanczak, Yoh chief operating officer. “Yoh takes great pride in its commitment to cultivating new generations of leaders from within the company, and I believe these individuals have laid an excellent foundation for Yoh that will help propel our talent and outsourcing services to the next level.”
Don Hanson has been promoted to president of managed services. In his new role, Hanson will have full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of Yoh's managed services business, including enterprise recruiting, supplier relations and customer relations. Hanson has been with Yoh for 13 years and most recently served as vice president of managed services.
Peter Ferguson has been promoted to regional president for Yoh's East Region. Reporting to Ferguson will be Yoh's New England, New Jersey Metro, Mid Atlantic, Southeast, and North Central districts. Ferguson joined Yoh in 1984.
After serving in a number of positions, he was appointed district vice president for the Mid Atlantic, where he was instrumental in growing that district into one of the largest in the company's history.
Charlie Jones has been promoted to regional president of Yoh's West Region. In this position, Jones will oversee the Texas, Mountain West, Southern California, Los Angeles, Bay Area and Pacific Northwest districts.
Jones joined Yoh in 2004 as vice president of process and operations. He has 28 years of experience in a wide range of positions in the talent industry, including vice president and general manager for a $50 million region of Oxford Global Resources.
Steve Boell, a 20-year veteran of Yoh, has been promoted to area vice president for the Gateway and Midwest districts.
In his previous position, Boell served as senior district manager of the Gateway District. Boell came to Yoh in 1986 after an additional 20 years of industry experience with both boutique and enterprise customers.
