Monster Launches National Account Suite

Monster has released a customizable solution designed to help franchise and multi-unit businesses localize their recruiting approach.

Monster, a global online careers and recruitment resource, has released Monster National Account Suite, a recruiting product designed to help franchise and multi-unit businesses with high-volume hiring needs localize their recruiting approach.

The program’s cornerstone product, Reserved Job Postings, allows managers to advertise local-level service and sales positions by selecting a job title from a library of customized titles and descriptions, enabling them to post jobs instantly and build an applicant pipeline.

“We have had great success using Monster’s products and services to source quality candidates in the past,” said Brian Berry, The Scotts Miracle-Gro Co. director of talent acquisitions. “The introduction of Monster National Account Suite builds upon the value we already receive because it will save our location managers a significant amount of time by offering them pre-created job postings and providing the flexibility to use Monster’s products and services immediately, at any time.”

Monster National Account Suite allows local managers to use pre-created job titles and descriptions developed with the guidance of the location’s corporate office and post them from within their Monster.com account or by contacting a service representative at any time.

As recruitment typically is projected to account for only 10 percent of a location manager’s job, ready-to-go job postings free up time that can be refocused on other operational activities. In addition, because dispersed locations might have different cultures or needs, pre-selected postings are customizable while providing consistent, unified branding elements.

These positions also can be posted to FastWeb, Monster’s site for high school and university students seeking part-time work.
