Human Capital Institute Partners with Bersin & Associates

Human Capital Institute Partners with Bersin & Associates to offer new talent management resources and analysis to their respective members.

The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a global professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and Bersin & Associates, a research and advisory firm focusing on enterprise learning and talent management, will collaborate to offer new talent management resources and analysis to their respective members.

Through the partnership, HCI Professional members will receive — at no additional cost — access to select research reports, case studies and other resources published by Bersin & Associates.

These research resources cover topics such as leadership development, performance management trends, integration of learning and talent management and measurement of business impact.

Bersin & Associates will also host a blog on the HCI Web site on which HCI members can discuss various HR-related topics, ask questions and share best practices.

As part of the partnership agreement, HCI will provide complimentary introductory team memberships to all Bersin & Associates' research members.

With an introductory team membership, each Bersin corporate client will have access to myriad resources, including webcasts, articles, case studies, networking events and significant discounts on strategic talent management education.

In 2007, the organizations will partner to conduct two research studies. The first will focus on trends in corporate leadership development. The second will research integrated talent management and cover areas such as staffing, performance management, employee development and compensation.

“Bersin's ground-breaking research and services are already used by many of the world's leading organizations,” said Allan Schweyer, HCI president and executive director. “We know Bersin & Associates will provide valuable research resources to our members.”
