Treca Stark Bourne, EdD, CPTD is the talent development leader at Fairfax-Falls Church Community Services Board—the largest publicly funded behavioral health care provider in Virginia. In her role, she partners with executive and senior leadership on strategic learning and development efforts, coaches teams toward effectiveness and leads agency-wide efforts focused on organizational effectiveness.
