According to McKinsey’s 2020 Women in the Workplace survey, as many as 2 million women are considering leaving the workforce, with Black women and women of color being more disproportionately impacted.
Dr. Raina Brands, assistant professor at London Business School and an organizational leadership and gender bias expert, says there are a number of different ways organizational leaders can better support the women in their workforces and throughout their careers who have been affected.
