Miami Beach, Fla., April 6 – Today, Dr. Jack J. Phillips, chairman of the ROI Institute Inc., opened the three-day Spring 2009 Chief Learning Officer Magazine Symposium by delivering an enlightening keynote address titled “The Executive View of Learning Across the Organization.”
