Chicago, Feb. 23 – The editors of Talent Management magazine have announced that the “2009 State of the Industry Report” is now available for purchase. For the second year, the annual report marks the culmination of a comprehensive survey of talent management professionals.
With the dramatic upheaval of the economy, those surveyed indicated that their organizations have slashed their talent management budgets. The median annual planned expenditure dropped 46.7 percent compared to last year.
