HRsmart, a global provider of talent management technology solutions, has announced a more than 70 percent increase in revenue for the first quarter 2007 in year-over-year sales.

HRsmart contributes the growth to its clients’ loyalty, increasing market awareness of its robust product line, as well as increasing client interest in integrated talent management solutions.

The quarter produced 68 new clients, which equates to 113 new product implementations, making it one of the fastest growth periods in HRsmart history.

“Senior business leaders continue to realize the tremendous benefits of the fully integrated talent management application suite,” said Mark Hamdan, HRsmart president and CEO. “Being able to offer our solutions as stand-alone and integrated allows organizations to add new technology as their business processes require it.”

HRsmart boasts a client roster of more than 450 clients and 570 implementations around the world.

The company recently launched operations in the Middle East, giving it presence in seven countries outside the United States.

In 2007, the company plans to expand to three other countries in Europe and the Far East.

The company’s rapid growth has landed it on the Inc 500 list for three consecutive years and on the Deloitte Fast 500 for the past two years as one of the fast-growing technology companies in the nation.
