Global Learning & Development Manager

This role will be responsible for partnering with the business unit leaders, functional managers and their direct reports to build a world class, global learning organization. We offer a competitive base salary and bonus plan.

Qualified individuals should have the following:

  • Masters degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in organizational learning
  • Minimum 5 years in a management role leading a learning & development function on a global scale.
  • In-depth understanding of the business needs assessment process, learning strategies, learning architecture & infrastructure, learning hosting & outsourcing and learning content & delivery.
  • Willing to travel approximately 40%
