Pinstripe Welcomes Douglas S. Peters to Board

    Monday November 3, 2008

    Brookfield, Wis. — Oct. 28
Pinstripe Inc., a human resources and recruitment outsourcing company, announced that Douglas S. Peters has joined the company’s Healthcare Advisory Board.

“Douglas Peters has an exceptional background leading some of the nation’s best healthcare systems,” said Jill Schwieters, Pinstripe executive vice president. “He is a well-known and respected member of the healthcare community, and will provide us with invaluable perspective and insight. Doug’s recent addition further underscores the quality and depth of talent we leverage at Pinstripe.”

Peters is the former president and CEO of Jefferson Health System and co-founder of ATHS (Advisors to Healthcare Suppliers). During his 35-year health services career, he has served as president and CEO of Main Line Health, senior vice president of Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, an administrator of the University of Nebraska Hospital and Clinics and executive director and president of Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit.

“Pinstripe Healthcare has a wonderful vision and commitment to the recruitment and retention of exceptional talent,” Peters said. “The health care industry has seen tremendous advances in pharmaceutical, diagnostic and therapeutic technologies, but there is no substitute for great people. Throughout my career in health care, the most critical factor has always been the quality of talent delivering care.”

Peters will become the seventh member of Pinstripe’s Healthcare Advisory Board.
