Webinar to Discuss ITM Software Decision Making

    Thursday July 24, 2008

    Frisco, Texas — July 24
HRchitect, a human capital management (HCM) and talent management systems consulting firm, announced it will present a complimentary webinar on the topic of “The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management.” The webinar will feature Rick Fletcher, president and founder of HRchitect, along with Matt Lafata, director of business development, and Dan Katavola, vice president of consulting services.

“The Suite Life” webinar is based off of HRchitect’s recently released “The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management” report, the first in HRchitect's ongoing “HR Technology Reality Check” series.

Topics covered in the report and webinar include the state of the ITM software market, the definition of integrated talent management (ITM) and ITM decision drivers that consumers should consider before purchasing talent management software. In addition, attendees will learn how to create an HR systems strategy and why it should be done sooner rather than later.

“One of the missions of HRchitect is to assist companies in making educated decisions when it comes to choosing HR software systems,” commented Fletcher. “’The Suite Life’ webinars will provide attendees with a real-world perspective of the marketplace that HRchitect has gained after performing hundreds of evaluation, selection and implementation projects over the last 11 years.”

The webinar is being provided to attendees free of charge thanks to Halogen Software, one of the vendors profiled in “The Suite Life” report.

“Halogen Software is pleased to sponsor this insightful, informative webinar for the HR community,” stated Donna Ronayne, vice president of marketing for Halogen. “HRchitect’s webinar will highlight their recent report findings which include important information for companies to consider when creating or evaluating their HR systems strategy and integrated talent management offerings.”

This one-hour webinar will be conducted on three separate occasions for scheduling convenience.

    • Thursday, July 31 @ 1PM CT
    • Wednesday, August 27 @ 1PM CT
    • Thursday, September 30 @ 1PM CT

It is designed for HR and IT decision makers; however, it is appropriate for all audiences. Every attendee will receive a condensed version of “The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management” report. One lucky winner will be drawn at random during each webinar and will receive a free copy of “The Suite Life of Integrated Talent Management” (a $495 value).
