HCM Firm Goes Global, Focuses on Background Investigation

    Wednesday April 30, 2008

    Atlanta — April 30
E-Verifile.com Inc. (EVI), a provider of human capital management solutions, announced it is expanding its line of Web-based solutions for the global marketplace and has launched www.evi-world.com to promote the new service.

The focus of the new services centers on investigative background investigations. Designed to meet the growing demand for international risk assessment, the new services will help domestic and foreign-based organizations easily identify and implement solutions for day-to-day pre- and post-employment screening.

Led by Sri-Lankan-American entrepreneur Ravi Wijesinghe, e-Verifile.com has extensive experience in providing international data-risk solutions. The company’s services have already been used in a number of international markets including the United States, Canada and Mexico, as well as Spain and other European countries.

“Conducting routine administrative tasks internationally can prove to be a complicated process, especially considering that each country has its own regulations, procedures and customs,” said company spokesman Tony Cooper. “E-Verifile will work to identify the solutions that its clients need to overcome these global challenges.”

In addition to its International Background Verifications, e-Verifile will also offer its line of custom support solutions that will enable international clients to streamline their routine administrative tasks such as talent management, information tracking, security credentialing and more.
