Veritude, a provider of talent acquisition and management services, has announced that Jeanine Hamilton has joined the company as senior vice president of client operations.
In this role, Hamilton will lead the Veritude operations and technology group, managing all commercial site-based teams that support Veritude’s new and existing managed services program clients.
Previously, Hamilton was a vice president at Hollister, a Boston-based staffing services company, where she was responsible for all client relationships.
In this capacity, she was responsible for all sales and operations associated with temporary and permanent staffing and managed all division managers.
Additionally, Hamilton was responsible for Hollister’s training programs, branding and marketing, compensation program development and organization best practices, including oversight of its average time to fill, refill ratio, call-back time average, productivity standards and goal sheet metrics.
Throughout her career, Hamilton has undertaken increasingly larger managerial roles within staffing organizations, including serving as the Framingham branch manager for Today’s Office Staffing (a division of CDI) and working as the Waltham branch manager for Office Specialists.
“Jeanine has proven herself in the talent management industry for the past 15 years, providing superb customer service to each of her clients, large and small," said Robert A. Lopes, Veritude president and CEO. "It was because of this level of dedication to clients that we invited Jeanine to join our growing company.”
Hamilton said she looks forward to working at Veritude.
“I am thrilled to be joining the team at Veritude and look forward to helping our clients do their jobs better by providing them with the tools they need to find quality candidates,” Hamilton said. “It will be a pleasure to work with each client and their site-based teams to develop individualized managed services strategies while ensuring the highest level of service.”
Hamilton earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from Northeastern University.
