    David L. Somers is the director of consulting services at Cornerstone OnDemand. Somers is responsible for developing, managing and marketing Cornerstone’s strategic consulting services, including needs analysis, business case and ROI assessments, benchmarking, business process design and custom reporting. Before Cornerstone OnDemand, Somers worked as a strategic consultant at Ariba Inc., The Walt Disney Co. and IBM Business Consulting (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP). Throughout his career, Somers has been directly responsible for assessing and helping companies develop business processes that have translated into multimillion-dollar savings. Somers has master’s degree in business administration from the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles, and a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University.

    Heidi Spirgi is president and co-founder of Knowledge Infusion, a strategic consulting organization that works collaboratively with clients to help them achieve true business results from human capital management (HCM) and talent management technologies. She has been in the forefront of learning, develaopment and HCM solutions and strategies for more than 12 years. Spirgi works closely with clients, leading consulting projects on integrated talent management initiatives.

    She has broad background in applying technology to HR and learning organizations. Before co-founding Knowledge Infusion, Spirgi spent eight years at PeopleSoft, most recently driving the launch and product marketing for the PeopleSoft Learning Management solution and workforce performance solutions. She also held a series of roles at PeopleSoft in the financial services, retail and manufacturing industries in addition to leading human resource management system (HRMS) sales training at PeopleSoft University. Before joining PeopleSoft, Spirgi was a senior HRMS business analyst for Seagate Technology and Swiss Bank Corp. in Zurich.
