As hospitals prepare for change, both through recent reforms and broader industry changes, the timing is right to revisit competency standards and their many valuable applications. Explore the evolution of competencies in health care and learn how they can be established and applied in health care today. We will also discuss how established competency libraries can be used in support of this effort.
Join Chris Bergeron and Dr. Stephen Schoonover for a presentation on the expanding application of competencies in health care. Jonathan Verdun will also speak on Salary.com’s recently released health care library.
