Pay-for-performance is top of mind for human resources and finance leaders as they look to establish a culture of top performers by aligning goals, performance and rewards. Yet pay-for-performance plans can either be an invaluable management tool for increasing productivity and retention or a budget-busting tool that unintentionally undermines performance. With the appropriate vision and supporting technology, organizations can maximize the benefits of building a merit-based culture while minimizing the potential pitfalls. This webinar will present the best practices for rolling out a successful pay-for-performance strategy.
