Talent management is no longer a 'nice to do' for HR. Rather, it is a real business imperative with significant implications: Did we just let the 'right' talent walk out the door? Are we allocating our limited resources for the biggest impact? What 20 percent of organizational roles drive 80 percent of the value? How can we stay ahead of competition while simultaneously cutting costs and reducing head count? In this two-part webinar series, Leighanne Levensaler from Bersin & Associates will share best practices from leading organizations and offer real-world guidance for organizations to focus on what matters most.
