It's no secret that people are the most expensive and important asset for firms, but many struggle with identifying the right processes and technologies to manage this asset. Senior analyst Zach Thomas will present Forrester's best-practices framework for human capital management during this Talent Management webinar sponsored by Salary.com. The best-practices framework helps firms identify critical short-term priorities within a longer strategic plan. You can use this framework to evaluate your capabilities, build business stakeholder consensus, determine your implementation strategy, select the right technologies and monitor continuous improvement.
