Atwood also is a certified Top Management Team coach and has created a robust process for certifying coaches for her clients’ top management teams. She earned a doctorate in educational psychology with a minor in cognitive psychology from UCLA, with post-doctoral study at the Anderson School of Business. She also has a master’s degree in learning and instruction and a bachelor’s in psychology from UCLA.

He has authored articles and case studies on effective e-learning design for organizations such as Chief Learning Officer magazine and Harvard Business School Publishing. Billhardt has an extensive background in corporate training and previously managed an independent consulting firm focused on ERP software training. He holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts honors from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Billhardt also is a graduate of Plan II and the Business Honors Program at the University of Texas.

    Dr. Bertolt Stein holds a Ph.D. in psychology from the Technical University of Berlin. He is the managing director and founder of GFGO in Berlin, founded in 2005 in partnership with The Danish Leadership Institute (now called Mannaz). GFGO has developed top-of-the-industry expertise in the area of organizational development, with a focus on performance increase and health promotion. Through its efforts, GFGO has helped numerous organizations improve corporate performance. Dr. Stein has worked with many international clients — including Alcatel-Lucent, Credit Suisse, Fujitsu Services, Lafarge, Post Denmark, Volkswagen and Schering — on projects related to organizational development, leadership development, change management and consulting/manager training/executive coaching.
