The business-driving concept of human capital management  is compelling, yet most executives question whether they are achieving critical mass today. As we explore the process of automating talent management, the practice known as “performance” is a critical link to aligning talent and learning. Perhaps performance is the tipping point that will lead us to synergistic solutions that will bridge the gaps among performance, learning and people management.

Bryan Chapman, chief learning strategist of Chapman Alliance, will be your guide for this complimentary Talent Management e-Seminar, which will map out the competitive landscape and look at the issue of how performance management can be shared to support your company’s goals from several perspectives: HR, training, lines of business and IT.
