    Considered the father of human capital strategic analysis and measurement, Dr. Jac Fitz-enz introduced metrics to human resources through Saratoga Institute in 1978. He has published eight books on measurement and management, authored more than 200 articles and reports and has trained more than 80,000 managers in 42 countries. He was recently honored by the Society for Human Resource Management as one of 50 people who significantly changed how organizations manage people. Currently, Jac is leading a national work group on development of an integrated and predictive human capital management model for the Human Capital Source and Workforce Intelligence Institute.

    Harold D. Stolovitch

    Harold D. Solovitch has been a trainer, researcher and consultant for more than 40 years and has authored more than 200 publications. He is emeritus professor of instructional and performance technology at the Unviersite de Montreal and a clinical professor of human performance at work at the University of Southern California. Harold is a consultant to business, industry, government, the military and the police. Harold is a past president of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) and former editor of Performance Improvement Journal. Harold's work includes co-editor of both editions of the "Handbook of Human Performance Technology" and co-author of the best-seller "Telling Ain't Training." He is co-editor and co-author of the Wiley/Pfeiffer "Learning & Performance Toolkit Series." Harold's book, "Training Ain't Performance was published by ASTD in May 2004.

    Kevin Wilde

    "Learning Connections" Columnist

    As vice president and chief learning officer for General Mills, Kevin Wilde leads efforts in leadership development, executive assessment, succession planning and organizational development. He helped realign the General Mills Institute, the company's training and development center, and produced a series of organizational effectiveness initiatives, most notably integration tools and processes for the acquisition of The Pillsbury Co. in 2001. Before joining General Mills, Wilde spent 17 years at General Electric in a variety of human resources positions, including manager of GE's management training center.
