McLean, Va.— March 22
Digital Intelligence Systems Corp. (DISYS), an IT staffing and consulting company and a certified Minority Business Enterprise, announced their participation today in the Virginia Jobs Investment Program (VJIP) — a workforce incentive provided by the Virginia Department of Business Assistance (VDBA).
DISYS has grown 30 percent per year in 2008, and 2009, and expects to create 250 more new positions in the Commonwealth of Virginia over the next three years. The VDBA works with existing and new Virginia businesses to provide recruiting and training assistance to companies that are creating new jobs or experiencing technological change. The program is designed to reduce the human resource development cost of new and expanding companies.
“Job creation and economic development is the focus of my administration. I applaud the decision by DISYS to expand its workforce in the Commonwealth,” said Gov. Bob McDonnell.
