Mercer announced Monday that Brian J. Kelly has joined to head workforce metrics and analytics across the firm’s talent and rewards business.
Kelly is currently serving as the co-chairman of the Institute of Human Resources Workforce Planning and Analytics Working Group and vice chairman of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRM) workforce metrics taskforce. Kelly will work with Mercer’s human capital and information product solution businesses to deliver workforce analytic insights.

Kelly joins Mercer from SuccessFactors, where he was vice president responsible for integrating the acquisition of Infohrm, a global workforce reporting, analytics, and planning solutions company.
From 2006 to 2010, he led Infohrm’s North American operations and was responsible for the firm’s global sales, marketing and partner strategy. Prior to leading Infohrm, Kelly served in a variety of management and leadership positions in the software, services and investment management industries with such firms as DoubleStar, Inc., and SEI Investments.
Kelly is a graduate of Boston College and resides in the greater Philadelphia, Pa. area.
