Washington, D.C. — Feb. 21
The Human Capital Institute (HCI), a professional association and educator in talent management strategies, and PreVisor, a provider of predictive employee selection, have announced that PreVisor will be a top sponsor of HCI’s second-annual National Human Capital Summit, to be held in Phoenix on March 19-21.

PreVisor is lending its support to what industry experts and senior executives are calling the most important human capital event of 2007.

“PreVisor is a leader in pre-employment assessment, which is a critical component of talent selection,” said Allan Schweyer, HCI president and executive director. “We appreciate PreVisor’s support of HCI’s Summit, which helps draw attention to the many aspects of talent management.”

PreVisor is sponsoring the summit at the diamond level. As a diamond sponsor, PreVisor receives comprehensive marketing opportunities before, during and after the conference, along with an array of benefits exclusive to the sponsor level.

Summit diamond sponsor benefits include reserved rounds at the benefit golf tournament, tickets to a VIP reception for senior decision-making executives, and recognition from the podium at a keynote address, among other perquisites and recognition.

In addition to sponsoring the summit, PreVisor sponsors HCI’s Financial Services education and research track, one of several industry-specific areas of concentration aimed at providing individuals within a given field resources that address the unique human capital challenges they face.

The track focuses on talent management initiatives in the financial services industry, showcasing ideas that work.

“We recognize that HCI is the premier organization for human capital professionals, and we’re pleased to lend our support to this year’s Summit,” said Noel Sitzmann, PreVisor CEO. “We also look forward to continuing our support of other Human Capital Institute initiatives.”
