AIRS and H3.com have announced that H3.com will be offered as part of AIRS SourcePoint, a recruitment CRM and candidate sourcing automation platform.

By delivering a robust sourcing solution, AIRS and H3.com are providing recruiters a new means to capitalize on the increasing impact of social networking.

AIRS customers will have access to H3.com’s patented cash-referral technology to leverage vast social networks to find top talent while using AIRS’ talent management suite for election, hiring and onboarding of that talent.

H3.com’s technology allows recruiters to offer cash referral rewards to their entire network — employees and nonemployees — with everyone eligible to share the
reward.
