London — Jan. 24
Buck Consultants, an ACS company and human resource and benefits consulting firm, has announced that Karri Ludwick has joined as director of the firm’s human capital consulting team, to be based in London.

Ludwick joins Buck with knowledge and experience in human capital consulting and a specialization in sales effectiveness. She will work with clients to improve the performance of their sales organizations by designing programs, plans and policies that align with sales strategies and motivate salespeople to maximize their performance.

These areas, particularly regarding sales incentives and rewards, are becoming increasingly important and are receiving more focus within the United Kingdom and Europe.

The in-depth area of specialized knowledge that Ludwick brings further augments the already excellent suite of Buck services.

Ludwick has moved from New York, where she has built a successful career around performance, rewards and sales effectiveness through both consulting and functional role experience.

With an in-depth understanding of sales, she helps clients organize and get the best out of their sales teams. Until recently, she was director of global sales compensation at AT&T.

During her tenure, she created the overall pay philosophy for multiple sales channels representing nearly 5,000 sales employees, accounting for $20 billion in revenue.

As part of the corporate compensation team, she ensured the philosophy not only aligned with the broader AT&T-wide pay philosophy but also incorporated critical sales, marketing, operations, financial and HR priorities.

Before her functional role at AT&T, Ludwick held senior consulting and project manager roles at both Mercer and The Alexander Group. At both firms, she built relationships with clients and led projects that focused on improving the impact of her clients’ sales organizations on achieving and exceeding overall business objectives.

Ludwick has a psychology degree and an MBA from Georgetown University.

In her new role at Buck, she will be involved in delivering a wide range of rewards and sales effectiveness improvement projects for clients. She can offer clients an unrivalled range of expertise in this field.
