Norwalk, Conn. — Nov. 1
ERC Dataplus, a human resource technology company, has introduced the Selectech Workforce Management: Hospitality.

In addition to the functionality found in other talent or applicant management systems, ERC's Selectech Workforce Management: Hospitality has been specially configured for hotels and hotel property management companies.

Included in the standard implementation are:

  • Pre-populated, editable industry- specific libraries
  • More than 200 job descriptions
  • More than 300 prequalification questions
  • New hire forms
  • Employment application templates with “release” clauses
  • Communication templates
  • Pay-per-applicant job postings on www.hoteljobs.com
  • EEO and OFCC reports, location-specific and roll-up reports

    The following are optional add-ons:

  • Job-specific assessments
  • Onboarding steps (integration with background screening, HRIS)
  • FirstWord New Hire and LastWord Exit Surveys
  • Development planning and performance management
  • Interactive interviewer training

Additionally, hotels and hotel management companies can take advantage of ERC's newly announced pay-per-applicant SM automated job posting alliance With hoteljobs.com.

This new program represents a major cost breakthrough for hospitality companies using job boards to bring candidates to employers. All postings are free, with the only cost being for results (applicants) delivered to the employer's Selectech Workforce Management system.

“After a number of hotel and property management client implementations, it became obvious to us that there were enough common requirements among participants in this industry segment to justify developing a tailored offering,” said Paul Rathblott, ERC cheif executive officer. “As such, we have configured our standard Selectech product to address these common elements but, at the same time, still offer the flexibility to configure the system for a specific hotel location, brand or property management company.”
